Christmas in Scotland
Anstruther
Spent Christmas at home in Scotland this year for the first time in many many years. Depressingly back at work in a very warm Sydney now and struggling to cope with the heat after a few marvellous weeks of cold, wet, and windy weather. In fact it was the worst Christmas time on record or something. There were only two days in three weeks when it wasn't raining and blowing a gale but we took full advantage of both of those brief opportunities to get out into the East Neuk of Fife and up to Ben Lawers and the Trossachs. The weather doesn't really matter though when you're spending Christmas day in front of a warm fire or seeing in the New Year at the Bay Inn in Dalgety Bay. Lovely times!
Very wet in Callander
Very wet at the Falls of Dochart in Killin
Very cold up Ben Lawers
