New house
The new place is slowly taking shape now and another trip to the dreaded Ikea and a morning's wardrobe building has left the house looking much more homely. That's the way to spend your limited free time, that's for sure!
Anyway, that should hopefully be the last of it and except for a couple of wee interior design issues, we can start to enjoy the place. As promised, I took a couple of pictures this morning although you can't see too much as things are still somewhat "under construction".
Happily, the cat seems to be settling in now too and we can let her out knowing that she'll come back again. This has relieved a great deal of stress for me! The armies of enormous Huntsman spiders out in the garden haven't breached the house's defences yet either so it's all good. For now!

Wow that is a palace. The cat will also eat the huntsman if you are lucky so you might want to wait to see if it can earn its keep before you decide to euthanise it.
Your place looks great - must be super nice to have a back yard. I guess after all the weeks of moving/unpacking/ikea-ing the time is coming up where the weekend rocks around and you can start to just enjoy living there!
Absolutely fantastic! It looks like a real home :-) When you got space like that you nearly have to get into aquariums - great hobby! It will keep both you and the cat spellbound ;-)
Looks pretty sweet. I hope the Huntsmans dont eat the cat.
All looks very smart!
Dad.
